If you’ve placed your order, you can cancel it as long as you have not made payment yet. If you have not paid yet, simply cancel the order and make a new one.
Unfortunately, there is not much we can do once your order has shipped. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order and we’ll do our best to rectify the issue. Satisfied customers is our goal.
Additionally, please note that any refunds issued for paid orders will be issued via store credit.
